PDFCheck is run by UAB BusinessPress, a small software company in Kaunas, Lithuania. We handle support by email so you keep a copy of the conversation. Every topic below uses the same address; the guidance under each one tells you what to include.
Product support
For problems with uploads, reports, downloads, accounts, the Chrome extension, the API or the MCP server. Name the tool and describe what you expected and what happened.

Billing and subscriptions
For invoices, plan changes, cancellation, refunds or a charge you do not recognise. Write from your account email if you can, and include the date and amount of the charge. Never send full card numbers.

For access, correction, deletion or objection requests under our Privacy Policy. Signed-in users can delete their account and linked data from account settings. Guests can ask us to delete a report by sending its report link.

Security reports
Report a suspected vulnerability privately. Include the affected URL and clear reproduction steps, but do not access or share data that is not yours.

If a report looks wrong, tell us which tool you used and which line of the result you question. A report link is enough for us to look at the stored result; please do not attach the PDF. Each methodology page explains how results are calculated.

A useful support message usually includes:
- The PDFCheck page or tool you were using
- What you expected and what happened instead
- The exact error message, if one appeared
- Your browser and device type
- A report link if the question is about a specific result
- Your account email only when the issue involves your account or billing
Please protect sensitive information
Do not email passwords, API keys, full payment-card numbers, identity documents, or confidential PDF files. If a file is genuinely needed to investigate an issue, support will explain a safer way to provide it.
